Spring Fever Sponsorship

Norfolk Sertoma Club is a civic service organization that has served the Norfolk area since it was founded August 18, 1950 by 72 prominent businessmen. Today we have 57 active members from the Tidewater area. We are part of a national Organization, Sertoma, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization based in Kansas City, MO. Sertoma's primary focus is on assisting the more than 50 million people with hearing health issues and educating the public on the issues surrounding hearing health.

Spring Fever has become our signature fund raising event for over 30 years, and we have returned to our communities and other organizations over $1,000,000. During our last fiscal year, we returned in excess of $62,000.

What is Spring Fever?

This is the pre-eminent event in our area for outdoor entertainment in early spring. It is a day of good food, ample drinks, great music and an overall good time. Some 2300 see Spring Fever as the break from winter into spring.

They enjoy food such as BBQ, slow cooked (our recipe) roast beef, fried fish, soups, "fixins" and world famous hush puppies. Top shelf adult beverages are served along with wine and beer. Great music is provided by two locally regarded bands.

Sponsorships are now available for our 2012 event, to be held April 21. These sponsorships range from signature sponsors to advertising banners. This year we will feature chalet style tents where groups of friends can enjoy the comforts of protection from the weather, special tables, seating, and private restroom facilities. Other amenities would include runners for replenishing drinks during the day.

Signature Sponsor $10,00 Contribution	Includes (1) 20X20 tent is in a 40X40 chalet and 50 tickets and Name/Logo on all future advertisements.
Music Sponsor $5,000 Contribution	Includes (1) 20X20 tent in a 40X40 chalet and 25 tickets. Banner to be displayed on or next to the Music Stage.
Beer and Wine Tent Sponsor $3,500 Contribution	Includes (1) 15X15 tent in a 30X30 chalet and 15 tickets. Banner to be displayed on Beer and Wine Tent.
Tent Sponsor $2,000 Contribution	15X15 tent in a 30X30 chalet with 8 tickets.
Advertising Banner $1,000	2.5'X6' banner, includes 6 tickets.
Chalet passes	Chalet passes available for $150 each for those who want to purchase them for additional guests. All chalets include private seating, tables, VIP restroom area, and food/drink runner.
